You will be only minutes away from great restaurants, antiques, shopping, museums, River Street, City Market and only a few blocks from the Mercer-Williams House, Crystal Beer Parlor, Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, and may other attractions, that are all within walking distance.
The house has been completely renovated and features all of the modern conveniences that you expect, plus the character of an old house that you desire, such as heart pine floors, stained glass windows, original moldings and high ceilings.
